The contemporary global food system is at the heart of many of the issues of unsustainability that the world currently faces.

AUT’s Centre for Critical Food Studies works with agencies, organisations and communities to conduct practice-informed research that addresses these critical challenges, providing evidence-based insights to promote systemic change in our contemporary food systems.
